Miscellaneous

The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement.

If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision.

Neither failure nor delay on the part of Interwin Casino to exercise any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, or of the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege.

Interwin Casino reserves the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or joint venture between Interwin Casino and you.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Interwin Casino and you regarding the Services and the Site and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between Interwin Casino and you.
